Things we’re loving today: Big Basket by Ola Gillgren
The Big Basket is a chair made out of felt, woven in to a steelframe. The idea comes from the old basketwicking techniques. I wanted to make the construction part of the esthetics, and make every part of the chair visible.
Materials: Steelframe, woolfelt and upholstered foamseating.

I decided to participate in a logo competition for the money. but then i realised i have a little bit of an artist’s persona; in that i believe my work will speak louder than the presentation. I need to change that. Anyway here is my work, what do you think?
